Our prayers and sympathy are with you and your family, Mary Ann. We loved Roger and his infectious good nature. We are sure that you are truly missing him, but also know that you know you will see him again. Thank you for all the wonderful times at Odosagih. The camp will Never be the same without his smiling face running everywhere throughout it. He was a true blessing and example of Jesus love to all he met. We pray for your comfort and strength to get through these difficult times.

Roger is a wonderful man of God and I could not be happier that he is eternally rejoicing with the Lord! The worldly side of me hurts, but knowing where I am going-the same place that this wonderful man now resides-makes the pain of his loss just a bit more bearable. My unending love and honor goes to his family, whom we love so very much. May God make your burdens light, now and always.

I had the priviledge of meeting Roger and talking with him on a few occasions, and always admired him, the glow he had on his face at all times was so encouraging to me, and you could see Jesus in Him. I am so thankful that he knew the Lord and is now in the loving arms of the Father. My heart goes out to you Mary Ann and your family at this time, but also rejoicing in the hope we all have. Please know that you all are in my prayers during this time. God Bless you all. Rest in Peace Roger. Well done good and faithful servant.

There are no words that make your pain and sorrow any easier, but you have the hope and comfort of knowing Roger is now with his Lord and Saviour. I remember meeting Roger a few times when he attended PBTS with my brother Charley. I don't think I ever saw him without a smile. Our thoughts and prayers are with you that the Lord would comfort and give you the strength you need at this time.

Dear Mary Ann & Family,
You have touched so many! We have been so blessed by the anointing on the grounds of Odosagih. Thank you for allowing the Holy Spirit to move freely. I have always walked the grounds and pondered that being with my brothers and sisters in Christ in such a beautiful place was a glimpse of heaven. You have blessed me more than you will ever know! Although I only met Roger a few times through the years I have followed the growth and ministry at OBC. I was always impressed with Roger's passion for Christ and the ministry of the conference. OBC holds a dear and special place in my heart and Roger's work there will be greatly missed. We rejoice in the hope of the resurrection and look forward to meeting one day around the throne of Christ.

Mary Ann and all the family~ You are all on our hearts and in our prayers. We will always remember Roger and his caring ways and his smile as well as his love for the Lord. He was all over the grounds helping out where it was needed. When we said goodbye to Roger in November we didn't realize we would never see him this side of heaven. Now he is praising God there. Dear Mary Ann & family - What great memories Mary, myself & our two grandsons have of being at Odosagih with Roger & yourself so dedicated to the running of the grounds. We haven't been there for two years but had attended for about 5 years in row. I loved the warm reception Roger always took to make us feel welcomed (like we belonged). I expect the same warm welcome next time we see him. May God bless you & your family.

Pastor White, Mary Ann and the girls have held a special place in my heart. As a teenager visiting Rushford Baptist at various times, especially summers, were some of the sweetest times. My sincere condolences. His testimony will live on, even though his body has departed from this Earth. May you find peace, comfort and rest as you reflect on the memories Roger has left you with. He is at peace now, without any pain. Love to all, Sarah

My dear sister Mary Ann,

Lois and I share a vast reservoir of wonderful memories about you and your
dear husband. Roger was the "punniest" brother I have ever met. He was also
one of those rare Christians who truly had a servant's heart -- which was a
reflection of the Savior who eternally loved him. Surely the Lord will prove
Himself to be the "God of all comfort" (II Cor. 1:3) to you and your extended
family during these days of transition.

A true servant of God, we will remember how he ensured we were comfortable and always shared good fellowship as we entered the grounds of Odosagih. Thanks Mary Ann for how your family became our family during the Christian Home Crusade week throughout these past 21 years.

I can imagine Roger is singing those good old choruses in Heaven with Gertie and the many others who all helped make Odosaigh such a special place. I know we miss his presence and am sure his family, whom he loved so much, miss him even more. It is great to know he is safe in Heaven where we will have a special reunion one day. We are praying for God's comfort and provision for you. Let us know if we can do anything. I just had an operation and am recuperating well but cannot travel that far yet but will be with you in spirit.

We shall hold the memories of Roger dear to our hearts and minds. Mary Ann and family, know that as your journey continues, we shall be in prayer for you all that the Lord would make your paths clear and straight as you continue to live for and serve Him on earth. What a joyous reunion that will be when our Savior and loved ones we shall see!

But when I walked through heaven's gates,
I felt so much at home.
When God looked down and smiled at me,
From His great golden throne,
He said "This is eternity,
And all I've promised you."
Today for life on earth is past,
But here it starts anew.
I promise no tomorrow,
But today will always last,
And since each day's the same day
There's no longing for the past.

Dearest Mary Ann, White Family, and all Extended Family members in The Body of Christ. I know I think of the loss, but so much gain. For Roger, and the lives that will go on reaping, and sowing what Roger planted,
"Let another's lips praise you not your own..." Surely Roger was not a man to use his lips for self glorification, but his life speak volumes to all of us. And So with my voice, I can say:, Roger you were such a blessing to us, such an example of unending mercy, grace, and Love. As much as I failed in so many ways in this walk, but when I met with you and later walked away, I always felt hope, not condemnation. Mercy, Not Judgement, forgiveness, not resentment. I sensed a new focus, not confusion. All this leaves me knowing, when I met with you, I was meeting with an extension of heaven above. Christ in you! So I know life Eternal is more than you being in Glory, its the truth that all of those who you poured into, all the people who you spoke life into, will be speaking that into others now, who will in turn speak into yet others and this will go on for ever and ever. The seeds you planted here will grow, and then bear seeds in others to grow.. I love you Brother.
God and Father, in Christ Jesus, we seek your comfort and understanding..amen
