he was a great guy. will miss seeing him around town. I think Bev might have worked with him at some time. Houghton has lost a good worker in him and his dad. Love, Lanny

PS. I can't make it Saturday as we are having grandson Dillon Bentleys high school graduation party that day.

Dear Family,
We will be out of town this weekend - so I won't get to be with you in person, but please know that you will be in our hearts and prayers. Linda, my prayer for you is for peace and comfort - and a special knowledge of Christ's presence with you.

Although it had been many years since I last saw Gary, I remember him fondly. I recall what caring, giving and gentle human kindness he exemplified. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and community in celebrating and honoring his life of service and great purpose.

Gary was my brother in Christ, a true friend and a fellow worker at Houghton. I am saddened that we will not see him again this side of Glory, but I am encouraged that we will meet again! Please extend our deepest condolences to the entire family. Gary will truly be missed.

So sorry to hear of Gary's homegoing. Brought back memories from childhood -- when his dad would dig out the creek so the neighborhood kids could swim. Please be assured of my prayers for the family.

"And all the world goes sighing for sweet things dying." Gary was one of the sweetest people I've ever known. His loss is felt far and wide. I'm sorry I can't be there Saturday, but in my heart I am there with you all.

Eric, Wade, Ivy & Holly, We are so sorry to hear about your father. We often think of your family and all the fun we had on Emerald Street and Bodsford Hollow. I'm sorry we can't be there on Saturday to see all of you but you will be in our thoughts and prayers. Also, Mr. Fiegl. He was my favorite algebra teacher in Angelica (Joanie Dorsey).

Loren really enjoyed having Gary (and his dad before him) as a boss for many years at Houghton. I know he will be missed. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot be with you to celebrate his life on Saturday. May God bless each of you.

Eric, Wade, Ivy, and Holly,

I was saddened and unprepared to hear of your father's death. I had enjoyed working for him at maintenance in Houghton. He led by example and always had a cheerful greeting. May God be with you all.
