So many good childhood memories with Miss Balcom. A quiet, gentle, and caring person. The world is a better place because she was in it.

I regret Philo's loss and have fond memories of when Clarice and her parents used to visit my family's home many years ago. I loved her ready smile and quirky sense of humor. Her stories could make anyone laugh! Her love for children was demonstrated during the years she worked as a Teacher's Aide at Rushford Central School. Clarice was a gentle and kind lady who will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.
