Posted by: Richard Kellogg Sat August 01, 2015 | Tom Randall was a neighbor and good friend to my family for many years and we always enjoyed his visits. Tom was a man of many interests and he had a wry sense of humor that was endearing.
Tom loved to discuss the history of Rushford. One of our last meetings took place on a Labor Day weekend and I recall his enthusiasm about the legacies of Governor Frank Higgins, Dr. Frederick Ballard, and author Philip Wylie to the community. It was apparent that Tom was an avid local historian who delighted in exploring significant events of the past. My thoughts are with Tom's loved ones at this difficult time and I know his presence will be greatly missed by his family and many friends. Richard Kellogg Alfred, NY 14802 |

In every interaction I had with Tom, as dad to Jon when a member of my 4-H horse club and as helpful plumber for problems at my work site, Tom was unfailingly kind and helpful. My the Lord keep the family wrapped in the arms of his comfort. |
