Spencerport---Phyllis M. Daley of Spencerport and a former resident of Fillmore, died Saturday, May 2, 2015 in Unity Hospital Rochester. She was born on May 25, 1937 in Wellsville, a daughter of the late Ira and Mary Louise Harbeck Stuck. On Feb. 3, 1960 in Fillmore. she married Arthur M. Daley who predeceased her on April 28, 2004.
Phyllis was a former member of the Richburg Happy Hour 4-H Club and was a leader of the Fillmore Fillies 4-H Club for eighteen years.
Phyllis and Art owned and operated a dairy farm in Fillmore for several years. She loved her pets and loved to read. She attended the Spencerport Wesleyan Church.
Surviving are a son, Charles (Rose) Daley of Johns Creek, Georgia, two daughters, Brenda Daley of Houston, Texas, Kimberly (Jason) Cummins of Cuba, one granddaughter, Jessica Daley of Johns Creek, Georgia, a sister, Sylvia Meyers of Wellsville, a brother, Michael Stuck of Buna, Texas, several nieces and nephews and special lifelong friend, and recent care giver, Shirley Hoak of Spencerport.
Family and friends may gather at the Kopler-Williams Funeral Home 21 N. Genesee Street, Fillmore from noon to 2:00 pm on Thursday, May 7, 2015 where a funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm. Rev. John Hartman will officiate. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Fillmore.
