Hume --- Robert Howard Raymond Clute of 10906 Route 19 died Wednesday, May 6, 2015 in his daughter’s home with his family by his side. He was born on April 13, 1929 in Wiscoy, a son of the late Nathan and Henrietta Phol Clute.
Bob was U.S. Navy Veteran and served during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the Teamsters Union and his C.B. handle was “Country Boy”. He also enjoyed playing euchre, poker and many other card games.
Surviving are his children, Denae Bennion (Jeff Frazier) of Hume, Debra Clute of Bowling Green, KY, Richard (Niomi) Clute of Genesee, PA, 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, a sister Violet Lewis of Buffalo, a sister-in-law Edith Clute of Batavia, a former son-in-law, Lawrence Bennion of Hume and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents he was predeceased by two sisters, Dorothy Ferris, Geraldine Davis, and two brothers, Everett Clute and Harry Clute.
There will be no visitation or service.
