Veronica O. (Oulton) Barber

Rossburg--- Veronica O. Barber of 5921 W. River road died Sunday, September 8, 2019 at her residence. She was born on October 14, 1933 in the Town of Portage, a daughter of the late Martin and Mary Joyce Oulton. She married Keith M. Barber who predeceased her on March 12, 2002.

Veronica was a member of the former Church of the Assumption in Portageville. She was a former teacher and administrator for Fillmore Central School for 50 years.

Surviving is a brother, Martin (Jean) Oulton of Portage and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents she was predeceased by her sisters, Kathryn O. Parker and Mary O. Cartwright.

Family and friends may gather from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Thursday, September 12, 2019 at the Kopler-Williams Funeral Home, 21 N. Genesee Street, Fillmore. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, September 13, 2019 at 11:00 am in St. Patrick’s Church, Fillmore. Fr. Dennis JJ Mancuso will officiate. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery, Portageville.
