Beatrice P. Scott

Belmont --- Beatrice P. Scott, formerly of Belmont, died Friday, February 9, 2018 in the Absolut at Houghton Nursing Home. She was born on April 28, 1929 in Angelica, a daughter of the late Clifford and Eula Warden Prentice. She married Sidney Glenn Scott who predeceased her.

Surviving are three daughters, Joanne (Jay) Cockle of Fillmore, Glena Scott of Florida, Tina (Jo) Scott-Vitela of California, five grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, three sisters, two brothers and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents she was predeceased by a son, Harry L. Scott in 2008 and a granddaughter, Angela Cockle in 1994.

A graveside service will be held at a later date in Short Tract Cemetery.
