Portageville --- Bonnie Gale Porter (née Gullotto) passed away on July 10, 2026, in her home at the age of 75. Born on April 7, 1951, in Los Angeles, California, Bonnie's life was that of an artist, with devotion to her Savior, Jesus Christ, first and foremost and her family. A true celebration of faith, family, artistry, and quiet joys.

She was the daughter of the late Thomas Gullotto and Margaret McCarley. She married Thomas David Porter, who predeceased her in 2017.

Bonnie dedicated her life to her family as a nurturing homemaker to five children.

Bonnie found beauty in the details of daily life. She was an artist whose joy radiated through her painting, pastel works, and delicate sketches. With each stroke, she captured the wonder she found in the world around her, leaving behind pieces that continue to inspire those who loved her. Gardening brought her a special kind of peace—tending to flowers as vibrant and welcoming as her spirit. Her creative hands were known for making warm, comforting items through crocheting, each stitch a reflection of her care for others.

Evenings often found Bonnie savoring the small adventures offered by her favorite TV shows and movies. Whether absorbed in a new story or revisiting cherished ones, these quiet moments of joy were treasured parts of her days.

Surviving are her children: Dale (Ann) Porter of Pennsylvania, Kristi Hugues of Portageville, Cynthia (Benne) Terherst of Alpena, AR, and Joanna (Brandon) Gange of Oregon, along with 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband of 48 years and parents she was predeceased by a son, Michael Porter.
