Charles "Chuck" Andrew Nusbickel

Dalton --- Charles “Chuck” Andrew Nusbickel of 11666 Old State Road passed away after a battle with cancer on Monday, May 30, 2022 in his sister’s home. He was born on February 14, 1966 in Warsaw, a son of John Nusbickel and Linda Beardsley.

Chuck was a veteran of the United States Navy serving from 1984 to 1987 and afterward enlisted in the National Guard from 1987 to 1990. He was a current employee of Finger Lakes Developmental Disabilities Service Office.

He had an interest in knives, enjoyed firearms, movies, spending time outdoors and wearing camouflage. His co-workers and patients always enjoyed his company while he was working.

Surviving in addition to his parents are his siblings, James (Laura Cannioto) Nusbickel of Fillmore, Jill (Steve) Pepe of Swain, Sam Nusbickel of Portageville, Dan (Tiffany) Nusbickel of Short Tract and eight nieces and nephews, Shara, Taylor, Whitney, Colton, Nicole, Jim, Carrie and Malcolm.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 10, 2022 at 2:00 pm in the Fillmore Fire Hall. David Ritz, pastor of the New Life Baptist Church, will officiate. Wearing camouflage to honor Chuck is optional.
