Obituary

Fillmore --- Daun M. Weierheiser of 28 Emerald Street passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 24, 2025 in her home. She was born on April 5, 1966 in Rochester.

Daun was a former coordinator for Coopervison in Scottsville until her retirement.

An avid fan of the Buffalo Bills, Daun enjoyed the thrill of game days. In addition to her passion for the Bills, she found solace in gardening, nurturing her plants with love and care. Daun's laughter was something those who knew her cherished dearly; it had a way of brightening even the cloudiest of days. However, nothing brought her more joy than her family and her two dogs, Rosie and Molly.

Daun leaves behind cherished family members, including her children, Nicole Weierheiser of Fillmore and Jeremy Weierheiser of Perry Center. She was a proud grandmother to two grandchildren, Dakota Weierheiser and Lylah Potter, both of Fillmore. Daun is also survived by her brothers, Adam Forkell of Rochester and Patrick Schaubroeck of Syracuse, as well as her sister, Olivia Forkell of Rochester and her companion, Angela Phillips of Mumford.

She was predeceased by her mother, Laura Macomber.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
