Short Tract---David M. Curran of 10837 Davis Road, died Friday, August 21, 2015 at his home. He was born on October 4, 1952 in the Town of Hume, a son of the late Francis E. Curran and Ida M. Webster. He married Sandra “Sam” Wendt who survives.

Dave was a graduate of Fillmore Central School and prior to retiring was a mechanic for Rochester Gas and Electric. He was a member of the Short Tract Fire Department and loved the woods and the pond.

Surviving in addition to his wife and mother, are a daughter, Justine Curran of Buffalo, a sister, Nancy (Brandon) LeValley of Belmont and nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may gather from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm on Tues. Aug. 25, 2015 at the Kopler-Williams Funeral Home 21 N. Genesee Street, Fillmore where funeral services will be held on Wed. Aug. 26, 2015 at 11:00 am. The Rev. Gary Wickard will officiate and burial will be in Short Tract Cemetery.
