Dawn M. Ballard

Springville --- Dawn M. Ballard of 168 W. Main Street and a former resident of Centerville died Saturday, February 18, 2017 in Mercy Hospital of Buffalo. She was born on October 29, 1954 in Cuba, a daughter of the late Elbert and Sarah Bahm Ballard.

Dawn was a member of the Catholic Church. She enjoyed reading, crafts, puzzle books and most of all family gatherings.

Surviving are her siblings, Steve Ballard of Franklinville, Alberta (George) Weichmann of Yorkshire, Cindy (Donald) Hitchcock of Allegany and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by four brothers, Reed, Norbert, Douglas and Nolan Ballard.

Burial will be in White Cemetery, Rushford.
