Dona E. Day

Houghton --- Dona E. “Grams” Day of Houghton N.Y. and a former resident of Corning N.Y. passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at the age of 96, in the Houghton Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility. She was born on May 20, 1926 in Long Beach, California.

Surviving are her children, Lynne (Bob) Young of Waxhaw, NC, Steven Day of Thailand, her grandchildren, Mark (Sophia) Young of Weddington, NC, Christopher (Abby) Young of Greensboro, NC, Scott (Karen) Young of Greensboro, NC, Joshua Day of Atlanta GA, Cassandra Day of Columbus GA and Tahnee Day Mitchel of Palm Desert CA. She has nine great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Our many thanks to the nurses and staff at Houghton Rehab for their undivided attention, exceptional care and love this last five years.

There will be no visitation or services.
