Fillmore --- Fred R. Ballard Sr. of 10270 Daley Road passed away on Thursday, April 5, 2018 in his home. He was born on May 16, 1941 in Centerville, a son of the late Lloyd and Ellen Ford Ballard. He married Bobbi Jo Keiser who survives.

Fred loved woodworking, farming and tinkering.

Surviving in addition to his wife are his children, Jill (Jeff) Ritter of Geneva, Jay (Stephanie) Ballard of Perry, Fred (Sherry) Ballard Jr. of Fillmore, eight grandchildren, a sister, Virginia White of Sayre, PA and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his siblings Frank Ballard, Bill Ballard, Elbert Ballard, John Ballard, Mary Berry, Ellen Hoisington, Laura Ballard, Leona Royer, Betty Howe, Evelyn Hurlburt, Joan Milgate, and Mabel Cobado.

There will be no services at this time.
