Gary Lee Raduns

Fillmore --- Gary Lee Raduns of Route 19 and a former resident of Attica went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 in the Houghton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. He was born on May 19, 1944 in Medina, a son of the late Melvin and Esther Witkop Raduns. He married his high school sweetheart Carol Bitterman, who survives, on March 28, 1964.

Gary was a member of The Church in Alexander and was a member of the choir. He enjoyed tinkering in the woods, cutting trees and being in nature. Gary also enjoyed golfing, but most of all he loved his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Surviving in addition to his wife are their children, Gary (Cheryl) Raduns Jr. of North Chili, Paul (Kim) Raduns of Farmington, Lynn (Robert) Richmond of Chesterfield, VA, Rachel (David) Hersee of Fillmore, 10 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren with another great-grandchild on the way and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Myrna Yoder, a brother-in-law, Donald Yoder and a niece, Yvonne Yoder Poole.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 25, 2023, at 1:00 pm at the Church in Alexander, 3389 Church St, Alexander.
