Glenn L. Buchinger

Nunda---Glenn L. Buchinger of 9182 Abbott Road, died Monday, August 22, 2016 in his home. He was born on September 8, 1933 in the town of Portage, a son of the late Donald and Fanny Perry Buchinger. He married Beverly Walker who predeceased him on February 18, 2012.

Glenn worked at Lightning Mixing Equipment for 41 years and afterwards he enjoyed running parts for the Nunda NAPA. He also enjoyed fishing with his family and driving his 1996 Mercedes convertible.

Surviving are two sons, Michael (Cheryl) Buchinger, Mitchel Buchinger, two daughters, Michele (Gene) Seifried and Marcie (Randy) Cox all of Nunda, grandchildren, Jason (Michelle) Buchinger, Victoria (Troy) Damon, Katherine (Thomas) Belford, Kristopher (Rachel) Cox, Callie Grant, Cassandra (Jeffery) Cartwright, , great-grandchildren, Alicia, Collin, Andrew and Addison Cartwright, Gregory and Mallory Buchinger, Sawyer Damon, Paden Grant, Rowen Thomas, Jackson and Wyatt Belford, several brothers and sisters and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his wife and parents he was predeceased by two brothers, Earl and Marley Buchinger.

A private service will be held on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 in Kopler-Williams Funeral Home, 21 North Genesee Street, Fillmore. Paul Palmer, pastor of the Oakland Wesleyan Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Hunts Hollow Cemetery, Portage
