Justin E. Ricketts

Hume --- Justin Ricketts of 10858 Claybed Road passed away on Friday, November 5, 2021 in his home. He was born on April 16, 1988 in Springville, a son of Darrin Ricketts and Eva Cross.

Justin was a former student at Fillmore Central School where he played soccer, wrestling and baseball during his high school years. He enjoyed hunting and fishing as well as running ATVs, dirt bikes and snowmobiles.

Justin had a warm smile and a big heart and would help anyone who needed it.

Surviving in addition to his father, Darrin, and mother, Eva (Nicholas) Linton are his children, Triston Paul Ricketts, Connor Eric Ricketts, Sadie Grace Ricketts, Jase Ricketts all at home, his girlfriend, Amanda Gath of Hume, two sisters, Liane (Robert) Campbell of Fillmore, Alyssa (Daniel) Arnold of Freedom, his paternal grandparents, Gary (Carolyn) Ricketts of Short Tract, his maternal grandmother, Barbara Cross of Wiscoy, five nieces and nephews, many aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends.

He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Richard Cross.

Family and friends may gather from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, November 12, 2021 at the Kopler-Williams Funeral Home, 21 N. Genesee Street, Fillmore where a funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 2:00 pm. Rev. Bruce Smith, pastor of the Higgins Wesleyan Church, will officiate. Burial will in Short Tract Cemetery, Short Tract.
