Phillip A. Smith

Friendship---Phillip A. Smith of 4409 Rt. 275 died Sunday May 10, 2015 in his home. He was born on June 12, 1962 in Warsaw, a son of Albert and Sharon Mason Smith. Phillip was a 1980 graduate of Fillmore Central School. He was a truck driver for Covered Wagon Train in Hornell.

He loved to hunt and fish and drive four wheelers.

Surviving in addition to his parents are his brothers and sisters, Debra (David) Dean of Clay Center, Kansas, Katrinia M. Smith of Belmont, Kurt Smith of Bliss, Jada Beardsley of Friendship, his step-father, Wade Cook of Belmont, seven nieces and nephews and two great-niece and great-nephew.

He was predeceased by his step-mother, Alice Smith.

There will not be a gathering or service.
