Robert C. Brundage

Oramel --- Robert C. Brundage of 7055 Crawford Creek Road died Saturday, April 4, 2015 in Jones Memorial Hospital. He was born on December 10, 1944 in Oramel, a son of the late Charles and Esther Neff Brundage. On June 29, 1963 in Oramel he married Marcia Grant who survives.

Bob was a mechanic for Southern Tier Truck Sales and a self-employed truck driver. He was a member of the Oramel Fire Department from 1963 to 1983, serving as Assistant Chief for three years, and held many other offices.

Since retiring Bob enjoyed spending time with his family, grandchildren, taking care of his animals, horse pulls and pony pulls.

Surviving in addition to his wife are their children, Robin (Bob) Remington of Pike, Linda Davis of Perry, Robert ‟Chuck” Brundage of Clarence Center, Randy (Amy) Brundage of Oramel, 10 grandchildren, Megan McClurg, Angelica (Cody) VanSickle, Robby (Libby) Brundage, Ashley (Zack) Brundage, Aaron Cornell, Aubrey Davis, Shane Brundage, Dylan Remington, Spencer Brundage, Elizabeth Brundage, one great-granddaughter, Calleigh Chandler, four brothers, Gerald ‟Jerry” (Mary) Brundage of Clarksville, James Robert ‟Bobby” (Rebecca) Brundage of Belfast, Timothy Brundage of Wellsville, David (Ronda) Brundage of Oramel, a sister, Roberta Brundage of Buffalo and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was predeceased by a sister Bonnie Perrin, a brother, Todd Brundage and a brother-in-law, Frank Perrin.

Family and friends may gather from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at the Kopler-Williams Funeral Home, 21 N. Genesee Street, Fillmore where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 8, 2015. Joel Stroud, Pastor of the Hume Baptist Church, will officiate.
