Robert Moss Hope

Rushford---Robert Moss Hope of 6495 E. Centerville Rd., died Friday, December 5, 2014 in Mercy Hospital, Buffalo. He was born on August 21, 1929 in Buffalo, a son of the late John and Eleanor Smith Hope. Robert was an Army Veteran and owned and operated a beef farm.

Robert had many hobbies which included hunting, fishing, trapping, painting, gardening and reading.

Surviving are two sisters, Esther (William) Furniss of Houghton, Eleanor Edwards of Arcade, and twenty four nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by two brothers, Harry and John Hope and two sisters, Dorothy Robbins and Margaret Dornan.

Family and friends may gather from 10:00 to noon on Wednesday December 10, 2014 at the Kopler-Williams Funeral Home 21 N. Genesee Street, Fillmore, followed by funeral services at noon at the funeral home. Jonathan Finley, pastor of the Rushford Baptist Church will officiate and burial will be in Podonque Cemetery, Rushford.
