Theresa M. (Kos) Piper

Fillmore --- Theresa M. Kos “Terry” Piper of 10335 River Lawn died Tuesday, May 4, 2015 in Wyoming Co. Community Hospital, Warsaw. She was born on August 7, 1931 in Lackawanna. She married Homer C. “Lefty” Piper who predeceased her on March 5, 1993.

She was a member of St. Patrick’s Church in Fillmore.

Surviving is a son, Steven Burakowski of Raleigh, NC, two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and two nieces.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Sharon Burakowski on March 30, 2013.

A memorial mass will be held on Monday, July 27, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Kopler-Williams Funeral Home, 21 N. Genesee Street, Fillmore. Rev. Deacon Joseph A. Pasquella will be celebrant. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Fillmore.
