Rushford --- Tracy J. Pastorius of 9777 County Road 23 died unexpectantly on Friday, April 26, 2024, upon arrival at Olean General Hospital. She was born on September 4, 1973, in Springville, a daughter of Warren Baker and Pamela Ellwood. On April 17, 2024, in DeKalb, TX she became engaged to Randy Green who survives.

Tracy was currently the town clerk for the town of Rushford and a member of the Rushford Fire Department for over 10 years. She served as fire commissioner and treasurer for the Rushford Fire District for many years.

She enjoyed watching wildlife in her back yard, being outdoors and riding her side-by-side. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family, especially snuggling with her dog Benelli and adventuring with Randy.

Surviving in addition to her fiancé and her mother is her step-father, Dennis “Dad” Bliss, her daughters, Ashley (Zack Chandler) Brundage, Kristin (Chad) Francis, her step-daughter, Brianna Green, her granddaughters, Calleigh Chandler, Addisyn Francis, a brother, Curt (Roxanne) Baker, step-brothers, Eric (Sarah) Bliss, William (Becky) Bliss, three aunts, Nancy (Jerry) George, Donna Gluck, Jo Ellwood, her nieces and nephews, Amber, Carl, Cooper, Laurel, Michael, Sam, Sydney, Will, two great-nieces, Emma and Jasmine and two great-nephews, Damon and Ian.

In addition to her father, she was predeceased by her paternal grandmother, Velma Baker, her maternal grandparents, Pete and Marge Ellwood, her step-paternal grandparents, Don and Lois Bliss, two uncles, John Ellwood Sr., Arnie Licht and an aunt, Connie Licht.

Family and friends may gather from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at the Kopler-Williams Funeral Home, 21 N Genesee Street, Fillmore. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at 11:00 am in Bellville Cemetery, Town of New Hudson. Rev. Bruce Smith, pastor of the Higgins Wesleyan Church will officiate.
