Higgins --- Walter Stanley Southworth of 8245 Higgins Road died Friday, September 23, 2016 in Buffalo General Hospital. He was born on January 24, 1939 in Rochester, a son of the late Walter and Caroline Southworth.
He was a veteran of the US Army serving from 1961 to 1967 and a former employee of Chase Pitkins Co. in Rochester.
Surviving are his close friends.
There will be no visitation or services.
