William D. Steadman

Hume --- William D. Steadman of 10975 Mills Mills Road passed away on Monday, July 19, 2021 at his home. He was born on April 17, 1988 in Belfast, a son of Alden “Buck” and Sharon Freeman Steadman.

William was an avid outdoorsman where he enjoyed hunting, canoeing and kayaking. He loved spending time with friends and family but most of all he loved his children.

Surviving in addition to his parents are his children, Kaelynn and William Steadman Jr. both at home, three bonus children he loved as his own, Hunter, Colton, and Payton, a brother, Justin Freeman of Fillmore, his maternal grandmother, Ada Freeman of Hume, several aunts and uncles, numerous cousins and nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by a son, Mason Steadman, his paternal grandparents, Elwyn and Laura Steadman, his maternal grandfather, William Freeman and two uncles, Donald and David Freeman.

Family and friends may gather from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, July 23, 2021 at the Kopler-Williams Funeral Home, 21 N. Genesee Street, Fillmore. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at 11:00 am in the Hume Baptist Church. Pastor Joel Stroud will officiate. Burial will be in Pine Grove cemetery, Fillmore.
