Beverly A. (Tonaus) Beardsley

Hume --- Beverley A. Beardsley of 7846 Trall Road passed away with her family by her side on Saturday, June 17, 2023 in her home. She was born on December 25, 1951 as the final birth in Fillmore Hospital. A daughter of the late Joseph and Alice Witt Tonaus. Her Loving Partner of 43 years, Dana Thomas, survives.

Beverly was a retired RN and was a former employee of Wyoming County Community Hospital and the NYS Department of Corrections. She was a loving and caring Mom of three children, grandmother of six grandkids as well as a loving daughter and loving and protective sister.

Beverly had a beautiful heart and spirit who spent her whole life helping, guiding and supporting others. She spent 20 years of her life helping others as a coordinator with Natural Way of Living. During her tenure as coordinator she organized workshops, meditations, public healings, hours counseling and helping others to strengthen and open their spiritual hearts.

She also enjoyed reading, cooking, and helping others of their spiritual path.

Surviving in addition to her partner are her children, Gary (Jody) Beardsley of Denver, CO, Troy Beardsley of Hume, Crystal (George) Sanders of Lewisburg, PA, six grandchildren, Bryce, Joseph, Elyse, Dane, Christina, Esaias, a sister, Patricia (Harold) Thompson of New Haven, CT and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a sister, Cindy White and a brother, Larry Tonaus.

A private service is being planned. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Fillmore.
