Frederick Dale Ludwig

Nunda --- Frederick Dale Ludwig, a former resident of Nunda, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, October 12, 2023 in Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester. He was born on February 21, 1957 in Buffalo, a son of the late Frederick and Phyllis Isaman Ludwig. On May 8, 1999 he married Annie Wong who survives.

Dale was a former member of Labor Local 435 and was a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1992. He was the owner and operator of Keshequa Realty in Nunda until he moved to Pittsford where he founded Ludwig Real Estate.

He attended Pittsford Community Church and loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Dale was an avid outdoorsman where he enjoyed fishing, taking pictures of the sunset and he took great pride in landscaping his yard and taking care of his home. He also loved his chocolate ice cream and other sweets.

Surviving in addition to his wife are his children, Tara Donato of Avon, Amanda Nothnagle of Chili, Amy Hayes of Livonia, Emily Ludwig of New York City, Stephen (Katie) Ludwig of Dover, DE, Kimberly Ludwig of Pittsford, six grandchildren, Andrew, Landyn, Riley, Bailey, Henry and Margot, two siblings, Donna Grekalski of Frewsburg, Todd (Sis) Ludwig of LeRoy and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may gather from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Sunday, October 22, 2023 at the Kopler-Williams Funeral Home, 21 N Genesee Street, Fillmore where a funeral service will follow at 3:00 pm. Chris Arcadi, pastor of the Pittsford Community Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, Dalton.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2023 from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm at the Pittsford Community Church.
