Dalton --- Jeremiah S. Bentley of 11183 Old State Road passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 8, 2022 in his home. He was born on October 30, 1992 in Warsaw, a son of the late Garyl and Alicia Allen Bentley.
Jeremiah was a graduate of Keshequa Central School, class of 2010.
He loved cooking and cooked for several area business. Jeremiah also enjoyed gilling, smoking meats, hunting, golfing, kayaking, an avid Buffalo Bills fan and most of all he enjoyed spending time with close friends and family. He belonged to a former pool league at the former Hogs Trough in Fillmore.
Surviving in addition to his mother are his siblings, Patty (Rob) Carpenter of Dansville, Tori (Rodney) Cassidy of Hunt, Jason (Katelynn Madden) Smith of Pennsylvania, Patrick Reinbold of Texas, Joshua Bentley of Wiscoy, Jaron Bentley of Dalton, Jenna Bentley of Fillmore, Josalyn “Lolly” Bentley of Dalton, his paternal grandfather, Gary Bentley of Portageville, his maternal grandparents, Jeff and Lillian Allen of Wiscoy and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to his father he was predeceased by his paternal grandmother, Alice “Judy” Bentley and two nephews, Justin Carpenter and Seth Carpenter.
Family and friends may gather from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Friday, April 15, 2022 at the Kopler-Williams Funeral Home, 21 N Genesee Street, Fillmore where a funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2022 at 1:00 pm. Joel Stroud, pastor of the Hume Baptist Church, will officiate.
