Joyce E. Vincent

Fillmore --- Joyce E. Vincent, a former resident of Fillmore, passed away Monday, November 21, 2022 in Wyoming County Community Hospital, Warsaw. She was born on September 18, 1945 in the Town of Allen, a daughter of the late Eli and Mildred Sweet Vincent.

She lived in Fillmore and later with her mother. Afterward they moved to Pennsylvania to live with Connie and Richard and in 1994 she and mother moved to Wellsville. When her mother passed she moved to Warsaw to live with Jim and Natalie. In 2010 she moved to the Wyoming Nursing Home, Blue Unit and while living there she was very active. She enjoyed helping with activities and playing games. She was known for cutting coupons from the weekly sales and passing them on to anyone that needed the coupons. She enjoyed her time spent there and that was her “Home”.  Joyce’s family wants the Nursing Home to know that they were “Excellent” with their care.                               

Surviving are her brothers James Vincent and Lyle (Ruth) Vincent, her sister Connie (Richard) Young, a sister-in–law, Ginny Vincent, four nephews and seven nieces.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a brother, Charles Vincent and a sister-in-law, Natalie Vincent.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at 12:30 pm in Short Tract Cemetery.
