Linda graduated from Rushford Central School and served as the Cattaraugus County Dairy Princess in 1984. After graduating high school, she played in the Rushford Town Band. She then went to work at the famous Rushford “Country Oven” before starting her career of over 27 years in the Cuba-Rushford Central School District. Over the course of her career, she was active in the district, serving as a member of the Rushford Scholarship Committee and later as a Union Representative.

She was a devout Christian and loved her walk with the Lord. For 31 years she attended the Rushford Baptist Church, and most recently attended North Park Wesleyan Church in Cuba.
Linda enjoyed baking, cooking, reading, and helping others. She especially enjoyed being a wife, a mother to three exceptional children, and a grandmother. She was thrilled as her grandchildren arrived one by one, and two by two. Linda was known throughout the community for her generosity and willingness to help others. She will be missed by many.
