Michael J. Francis

Rushford --- Michael J. Francis of 8923 Upper Street died Saturday, November 20, 2021 in Arnot Ogden Medical Center, Elmira. He was born on June 11, 1968 in Cuba, a son of the late Walter and Joyce Burdick Francis.

Michael enjoyed fishing, going to the casino, working as a bartender, spending time outdoors, watching football and most of all spending time with his grandsons.

Surviving are his children, Elizabeth Hermann of Panama City, FL, Megan (Justin) Newman of Rushford, Kylie Francis of Belfast and Kayleb Francis of Belfast, three grandsons, Daniel Sellers, Coty Newman, Carson Newman, two brothers, a sister and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may gather from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at the Kopler-Williams Funeral Home, 21 N Genesee Street, Fillmore where a funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at 11:00 am. Joel Stroud, pastor of the Hume Baptist Church, will officiate.
