Fillmore --- Michael D. Frazier of 7756 Stone Spring Road passed away on Friday, March 11, 2022 in Centerville. He was born on October 21, 1950 in Fillmore, a son of the late Robert and Arloene Washburn Frazier. On October 23, 1971 in the Bliss Baptist Church he married Candy Dersam who survives.
Mike was a veteran of the United States Army serving from 1972 to 1975. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, hunting, driving his mustang convertible and cooking Barbecue, especially chicken BBQ and pig roasts.
Most of all Mike loved his friends and family, especially his children and grandchildren. He would make time for anyone, give the shirt off his back for anyone in need and he and his brother Leonard were thick as thieves. He just loved people and loved life.
Surviving in addition to his wife are their children, Daryl (Wendy) Dersam of Fillmore, Amity (Frederick) Ely of Oramel, Michael Frazier Jr. of Rushford, Michelle (James) Ballard of Rushford, Veronica (William) Enders of Belfast, 16 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild on the way, his siblings, Sandra Maines of Wiscoy, Judy Priest of Ocala, FL, Robert Frazier of Florida, Richard Frazier of Buffalo, Linda (Mark) Osterhout of Fillmore, a sister-in-law, Nancy Frazier of Bliss and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his brother, Leonard Frazier on the same day, a brother, Clyde Frazier a sister, Betty Gummo and an infant sister Linda Frazier.
Family and friends may gather from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at the Kopler-Williams Funeral Home, 21 N Genesee Street, Fillmore where a funeral service with military honors will be held on Thursday, March 17, 2022 at 11:00 am. Joel Stroud, pastor of the Hume Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Bates Cemetery, Centerville.
