Centerville --- Neil A. Phillippi of Centerville passed away Sunday, October 24, 2021. He was born on December 13, 1936 in Freedom, a son of the late Norris and Vivian Chase Phillippi.
He built an outstanding career of over 60 years in the automotive business. He was a member of The Rotary Club where he maintained perfect attendance. He served as supervisor of the Town of Centerville.
He attended Centerville United Methodist Church. He was dedicated to his church and his spiritual roots were deep. Time spent with family and friends was the most enjoyable way he spent his days. Family was his greatest joy.
Surviving are his children, Nathan Phillippi and Mandy Burkart; his siblings: Ruth (Howard) Morgan Glen Phillippi, and Noreen (Frank) Rose; three grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his brother, Harold Phillippi.
