Rushford --- William “Will” George Westfall of 8052 Slusher Hill Road went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, October 19, 2024, in his home. He was born on January 25, 1958, in Cuba, a son of William and Joyce Bradfield Westfall Sr. He married Beverly J. Duvall who survives.
Will was the current Highway Superintendent for the town of Rushford, serving for 32 years. He was a member of the former Bellville Wesleyan Church and a former member of the Allegany County Highway Superintendents Association.
He was an avid hunter, a very active community member, loved watching NASCAR, especially Dale Earnhardt, loved his dog who was his special companion and most of all he loved his family.
Surviving in addition to his mother, Joyce Westfall of Rushford and his wife is a son, Wade (fiancé Lacie Fuller) Westfall of Belfast, four grandchildren, Stormy, McKayla, Maeselle, Cole, two great-grandchildren, three brothers, Daniel Westfall of Delavan, Mark Westfall of Houghton, Clay Westfall of Rushford, a sister, Matilda (Paul) Jones of Pennsylvania and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his father, he was predeceased by a stepdaughter, Alisia Wood.
Family and friends may gather from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Thursday, October 24, 2024, at the Kopler-Williams Funeral Home, 21 N Genesee Street, Fillmore where a funeral service will be held on Friday, October 25, 2024, at 11:00 am. Rev. Bruce Smith, pastor of the Higgins Wesleyan Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Bellville Cemetery, Town of New Hudson.
