Father Jann was a wonderful priest. He was my parents pastor at St Patrick's in Belfast. He was so good with my mother when she was ill in 1998. Was very good to all of us. He is sorely missed...God bless.

Father Francis was indeed a beautiful person. Quick in his wit as well as compassionate and consoling. My Wife Karen and I often remarked that "If the Lord loves any of us on this earth, He truly loves Father Jann."

We were very sad to hear of Fr. Jann's passing. He married us 50 years ago, in 1964, and we've received his Christmas letter every year since. This year he wrote "May you be able to share your Christmas joy with all our loved ones and remain grateful for the many blessings that God has given you." Fr. Jann was our blessing.
Sincerely, Joyce and Keith Butters
